Enterprise Model Management

Available to Enterprise workspace admins.

For our Enterprise customers, there is a dashboard where you can manage which models are available to your team, based on approved and non-approved models.

Here’s a quick guide to accessing and using the model management dashboard.

Click on your name in the top-left corner of the screen

Click on Settings

Click on Model Management

You can now view all the models available on Weave along with their current verification status.

To manage access, simply click on the “Approved” section to either allow or restrict a model for your team. You can see the date of the latest update under the “Date Added” section.

You can filter the models based on their verification statues by clicking on the Filters button.

You can choose how to filter the dashboard based on your preference, by Admin Approval , Status or Type.

Model Management also has a Settings panel, in the top-right corner of the page, where you can control how your workspace handles new verified models. One existing option there, Auto-approve new verified models, automatically enables new models for your workspace and emails you when one is added.

If you’d rather review new models yourself before they’re available, you can turn off Auto-approve and turn on to be notified about new verified models.

To turn on notifications for new verified models:

This email only sends when Auto-approve new verified models is turned off. If Auto-approve is on, you won’t get this separate email, since you’re already notified when the model is added automatically.
