Credit Handling
With the Enterprise plan, you commit to a set number of credits per user. Once your Weavy membership starts, you’ll receive all the credits you’ve paid for upfront. This allows you to easily manage and track credit usage across your organization.
This way, you and your team can decide how to use your credits, whether by setting limits per user or spending them freely as needed.
Limit your team's credits
If you want to limit the credits for a specific user, go to your Members Settings
Select the member you’d like to limit credits for and choose the number of credits you’d like to assign to that member
Limiting credits on Weavy doesn’t allocate credits to specific accounts, it simply sets a limit on how many credits each user can spend from the team’s shared credit pool.
Limit the default Credit Allocation:
When you choose to limit your users’ credits, there will be a default fixed amount allocated to each user. You can always change this by going into your workspace settings.
Select Edit Default Amount
choose how many credits you’d like to automatically allocate to your users each month
