Credit Handling
When purchasing a Team Plan, you pay per user. After choosing the number of users you’d like on your team, you’ll receive all of your team’s credits on a monthly basis.
For example, if you pay for a team of four users on a yearly plan, you’ll receive all the credits for the entire team each month. These credits can roll over for up to three months if your team doesn’t use them all in a given month.
This way, you and your team can decide how to use your credits, either set limits per user or spend them freely whenever you need them.
Limit your team's credits
If you want to limit the credits for a specific user, go to your Members Settings
Select the member you’d like to limit credits for and choose the number of credits you’d like to assign to that team member
Limit the default Credit Allocation:
When you choose to limit your users’ credits, there will be a default fixed amount allocated to each user. You can always change this by going into your workspace settings.
Select Edit Default Amount
choose how many credits you’d like to automatically allocate to your users each month
How to Top-up your credits:
Right-click on your name on the top left side of the screen, then right-click on the Get More button
Enter the number of credits you want to load.
For the Team plan payments are calculated in dollars: $10 equals 1,200 credits on Weavy.Click Pay Now. You will be redirected to a payment page to complete your purchase
